A skills-based training course that helps people identify, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use issues. This course will focus on the adult population. First Responders are encouraged to attend as well as those with increased exposure to stressful behavioral health situations on a personal or professional level. All are welcome to this certification course. Registration is required!

The Cape and Islands Suicide Prevention Coalition has partnered with Cape Cod Community College to offer Mental Health First Aid training programs that provide our communities with the necessary information and tools to raise awareness, educate, and increase action to reduce suicides. Because of these efforts this course is offered at no charge.
