What the Most Resilient of Us Know and Do

Please register below to receive webinar link

Join Dr. Maria Sirois, international consultant and positive psychologist as she outlines the critical perspectives and practices the most resilient of us activate in times of uncertainty.

Whether we are facing loss, change, illness, or carrying the weight of caring for others, we know that resilience can be bolstered on a daily basis. Maria will explore how we increase a sense of optimism, even in the harshest moments, and how we might bolster our sense of hope by activating appreciation for what we do have and what is possible.

Maria will also help us focus our attention in the places where we find most benefit, highlighting that what works for one kind of stressor, may work powerfully when new challenges arise...if we remain mindful. Our loss is our loss and no judgement or valuation will be assigned to your experiences.

In this lively, interactive conversation, attendees will have an opportunity to practice resilience skills that can be easily applied at home and at work, and can be shared with those we most seek to influence.
